Allen Ginsberg, Trenoweth

Never hide the madness!

“Howling” Allen Ginsberg was born on 3 June 1926 with outrageous Jupiter in Aquarius (like Walt Whitman) and Saturn in Scorpio. Theoretically, had they all been born in the same place, he could have shared a classroom with Marilyn Monroe and Miles Davis (all 3 were born within days of each other)!

I update my website with new articles on Monday and Saturdays.

Jupiter in Aqaurius

Jupiter in Aquarius pupils can be a little, um, different. As I wrote in “Growing Pains”: “To say Jupiter in Aquarius pupils march to the beat of a different drummer is a bit of an understatement. These pupils seem to have an internal beat that is completely off  whack to fellow pupils or to yourself and indeed seems to have no logical rhythm at all. Teaching them to read will be impossible if you have them sitting in a circle reciting the sounds of every letter the way children usually do. These pupils appreciate inventiveness, experimentation and doing what has never been done before. Stumped for ideas? Ask the pupils. Their creativity will astound, inspire and worry you all at the same time.

Saturn in Scorpio

Saturn in Scorpio pupils are generally very conscious of their own personal power. Equally, they can obsess about the power of other people. And they are not afraid to exploit this knowledge. Again, as I wrote in “Growing Pains” : Astrology presents the entire human life cycle and that includes bodily functions most of us would be happy not to discuss. Ever.

However, sex, death and going to the toilet are assigned to a sign, and that sign would be Scorpio. Girls with Saturn in Scorpio will have no problem with shouting out their personal business across a mixed classroom. Making men blush (the older the better) may be a personal triumph. Announcing that her period is due should be met with a deserved shrug of the shoulders. Whispering what she got up to with whom should be reported to the appropriate authority if necessary. Making you squirm is what she wants. So don’t fall for it.

Gender Divide

Boys will ask female teachers (the younger the better) seemingly genuine questions in sex education. But then they will laugh like crazy afterwards at her blushes (bottom humour seems to be particularly hysterical). If you teach this group, you’re going to have batten down the hatches. Prepare to be tossed about on the ocean of teenage sexuality. You’re going to learn something you missed out on when you took sex education at their age.

For girls, Saturn in Scorpio is about torturing the male gender with what they can never have. They’re in control of their bodies, thank you very much. For boys, it’s about attempting to threaten the female gender with what they could do if they really wanted. For either gender, embrace your own Saturn. This really does mean you should never leave yourself in a position where your intentions could be twisted and manipulated into something far more sinister than you ever realised.

Ginsberg was known for his anti-authoritarian stance and blatant sexuality. He learned through experimentation and understood how to exploit sexuality. “Howl” outraged public decency and was published during his first Saturn return in 1956. Later it was at the centre of an obscenity trial just afterwards in 1957.
